Design of clamping device for CNC milling machine
Kašpárek, Jan ; Dočkal, Kryštof (referee) ; Svoboda, Petr (advisor)
The bachelor thesis deals with clamping fixtures problematics for parts with difficult shapes. It aims to design an effective way of clamping of a part machined on CNC machining centre. The output is an adjustment of commercially available clamping system to suit requirements of assignment. The efficiency of the manufacturing process is determined by machining time calculations that showed that series will be finished in required time. Besides that, the thesis provides an overview in various fields, such as used materials in automotive industry, used machining centres in automotive industry and also the overview in principles of clamping.
Design of clamping device for machining of manifold part
Foltýn, Jan ; Mazal, Pavel (referee) ; Svoboda, Petr (advisor)
This thesis deals with clamping fixtures. It aims to design an effective clamping solution for machining parts on a milling machine. The clamping solution was designed and then verified by a series of calculations. The main goal and partial objectives were fulfilled. The output is the design of fixture, which can clamp given part. Subsequently, based on the calculations it was decided to use four of these fixtures on one machining table. When calculating the appropriate variation of the fixture layout, an estimate of the time required for the operations performed by the machine operator was made. The thesis offers an overview of the materials used in the automotive industry. Furthermore, the study of clamps and clamping systems. It also touches the problem of optimizing manufacturing process and demand for ways to speed up the manufacturing process.
Production technology of a specified part
Tříletý, Vlastimil ; Sliwková, Petra (referee) ; Píška, Miroslav (advisor)
This diploma thesis deals with the design of the technology of production of machine parts in the company Walter s.r.o. The theoretical part deals with the technological possibilities of part production, the classification of cast irons and their machining, selected machining technologies at CNC milling centres and cutting tools suitable for this production. In the practical part, some technological analysis is done on the basis of which machining equipment is available in the company's machine park. The clamping fixture and clamping forces are designed for fastening of the parts. An advanced manufacturing routine is worked out according to given technical drawings, including the costs evaluation.
Virtual commissioning of a robotic welding workplace
Provazník, Adam ; Pavlík, Jan (referee) ; Vetiška, Jan (advisor)
This bachelor thesis is focused on the design of a robotic welding cell, a clamping fixture for a given component and subsequent virtual commissioning of the workplace. In the theoretical part is examined a current knowledge of industrial automation and robotics, as well as MIG welding method. An analysis of the clamping fixture and workplace, and a summary of the main aspects for their design are carried out furthermore. In the practical part are designed 3D models based on the previous analysis. A control program is created for these models and the workplace is virtually commissioned.
